Next Level Mentoring Solutions is a company founded by Manoj Nair. We excel in Soft Skills Training, Sales Training, Leadership Training, Behavioural Training & All Technical training.
We help people and companies to enhance their effectivity & productivity at work and mentor them to move from one level to NEXT LEVEL.

Manoj Nair
He has taken up training assignments in Gujarat, MP, Rajasthan, Mumbai,Maharashtra, West Bengal, J&K, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Haryana& Goa. He has trained in more than 30 cities in India.
In his trainings, Manoj is known to connect with audience, explaining the topic in lucid and layman language, creating a stimulating and interactive learning environment, encouraging participation and individual creativity. He believes that effective training is about simplifying the things so that it becomes easy for the participant to understand and also to develop connect with participants by adding humour for keeping them interested and engaged.
In addition to this Manoj improvises the content and the methodology to suit the experience level and knowledge levels of the participants. Manoj believes that if a person can effectively converse from a small kid to a senior citizen then a trainer can adjust to the experience level of employees as well. Manoj also creates soft skill modules for clients as per their need. He has trained participants who are from fresher level to people with more than 25 years of experience. Manoj has also been involved in coaching projects for managers of different corporates. Manoj is also associated with few start-ups and promoting business models for them.

Manoj Nair comes with an overall experience of 27+ years which includes 15+ years in Sales Training, Soft Skills, Behavioural, Customer Service Training & Manager Development Program. He has facilitated and coached clients from different industries. He has been certified from Kinder Brothers International for Professional Patterns of Management.

Smita Maniar

Smita is the Executive – Business Support. She is a very fast learner and has been instrumental in handling the team of more than 1000 distributors for Business Network Channel for Startups. She has the attitude to take any assignment as a challenge. Her contribution involves, helping the distributors in understanding the process, resolution of queries and generates new leads for the business.
